ME1 Sauna and Steam

ME1 Sauna and Steam is the only gay sauna in Kent, a friendly, gay-owned male-only complex tucked discreetly off Rochester's historic High Street, a few minutes' walk from the station and just 37 minutes from London St Pancras. Spread across three floors, it offers a Swedish-style sauna, a digital steam room, a large jacuzzi chill space, relaxation cabins, three lounge areas and a café with free tea and coffee. With a full calendar of themed nights, an on-site masseur and regular health screenings, it's a relaxed, well-kept spot that has anchored the Medway scene for over a decade.
