Gregory·5·Jul. 2023· "Rather basic hotel, sufficient for one night, beautiful location, bar with excellent cocktails and very pleasant. Poor breakfast (there was nothing left on the buffet and they were closing it while the schedule announced at arrival was far from being there)."

Giuseppe Pino·4·Oct. 2023· "Esprimerò il mio giudizio in italiano per essere più efficace nello spiegarmi: È stata un'esperienza a momenti estremamente spiacevole, dopo aver avuto conferma a suo tempo della prenotazione, nella giornata del nostro arrivo ho provato a telefonare per avvisare, come richiesto, dell'ora prevista, mi si diceva che il num. telefonico non esisteva, visto ciò abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel direttamente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato informazioni in un piccolo market sempre di proprietà dell'hotel, una Signora che parlava solo Albanese, ha chiamato credo sia figlia che, a quanto abbiamo capito era il gestore dell' hotel, in qualche modo abbiamo provato a spiegare che avevamo una prenotazione per 4 giorni dalla notte del 25 al 29 settembre, la figlia negava la prenotazione in primo momento, dicendo che era già prenotata la stanza con altro cliente tramite altro sito... La stanza era una matrimoniale, Quindi la contro proposta era di poter avere una soluzione a 55 euro anziché 29 come avevamo concordato, ci siamo rifiutati mostrando la conferma che avevamo ricevuto a suo tempo, Lascio perdere altri dettagli spiacevoli, Quando la situazione è diventata tesa è intervenuto il marito della Signora cercando una mediazione, quella stanza non si poteva avere, ma ci proponeva una stanza con un letto matrimoniale e un letto separato, oppure stanza con letto separati... la proposta era di pagare 1 euro in più a notte in tutto 4 euro, abbiamo accettato per evitare la discussione! Ora la stanza matrimoniale nei giorni in cui siamo stati loro ospiti non è mai e dico mai stata occupata!!! A questo punto abbiamo credo capito il problema, non volevano che formalmente avessimo la possibilità di dormire nello stesso letto proponendoci in ogni caso un'alternativa... Ora a parte il loro comportamento, Il ruolo di misterb&b credo debba esser considerato quantomeno poco attento a coloro che si offrono come possibili host... Non so se in futuro ne usufruito ancora perché l'esperienza è stata decisamente spiacevole e a momenti complessa, "

Jesper and Dan·5·Jul. 2025· "Great big room with a nice balcony. Location was perfect in the middle of the area of Durrës Beach. The host was kind and I definitely recommend them. WiFi was slow and we lost connection all the time, even though we got two different connections."
