"This quaint little Lodging gave me quite the suprise. When I thought I was booking a backpackers styled Lodging I had some dreads from living in boarding school. This affordable lodging is located a brief wander to the CBD, located near a few little convenience stores nearby. The rooms were quaint, with a USB charger, dimmable light, and small locker area in the bunk units. Great amenities of laundry, showers, gym, kitchen and fridges. Cute communal lounge as well"

"Close to Brisbane City and Fortitude Valley and the host was friendly and helpful! First impression from street was of a tired and old complex. Steel gate full height barrier fencing wasn’t inviting & handwritten sign saying ring reception looked crook. I booked budget accommodation, looking for a Brisbane bed for two nights. Most of this motel is old and partially renovated. Everything was clean. Basic budget accommodation priced correctly. Location is definite bonus, walked to train station, restaurants, and supermarket with ease. Reception was friendly, welcoming and gave good directions to nearby food and shopping. Nice guy, friendly and helpful always. The photos used in advertising this venue only relate to townhouse apartments and NOT the older motel accommodation. I am an older disabled man and found the stairs step and car parking a challenge. Bonus is that whole complex and guest cars are secure. Room was old but clean. Bathroom and carpet recently updated. Frosted glass in bathroom allowed light to flood in at night. Room had air conditioner / heater. Stayed in May and a blanket would have been appreciated. A donna, minus a cover was in closet. "
