Ulf·5·Aug. 2025· "I spent a wonderful week in July at Birdcage Resort. The room and facilities are very nice and well kept. The staff are extremly friendly and service minded, especially Ralph and Roland but you should not forget the rest of the crew, they were equally friendly. Fantastic breakfasts. Very close to Yumbo Center but still in a quiet area. I had a very nice and relaxing stay and will definitely be back."

Everyone of the staff is kind and helpful, from Alex at the reception to Begonia the cleaner Lady. I absolutely recommend the Hotel and hope to go back soon!"

Stephen luigi·5·Dec. 2025· "a wonderful place to stay and wonderful staff (Rodrigo and Irma) they couldnt do enough . nothing was any trouble at all. check in was easy as was arranging my transfer back to the airport. I arrived in LPA early and they said it was ok to check in early too....the location for me was perfect . 5minutes walk to the beach,5 minutes walk to Cita Centre and about 15 minutes(slow walking) to the Yumbo and all on flat ground. ..a lovely touch was the bottle of Freixnet in the room and the surprise breakfast bag each morning which also saved me from going out and buying lunch !! soaps and shampoo in the bathroom and pool towels provided.......Thank you very much ..the facilities in the room were perfect too ( 2 coffee machines - one for pods and a filter coffee machine ) and a toaster ! drinking water was available all the time on request ...the pool was a perfect temperature and there is a jacuzzi and a sauna room but I didnt explore them ........thank you again to Rodrigo for all the help and we will definitely be coming back again ..xx if I have to leave any extra feedback it would be maybe it would be nice to have a drinks vending machine by the pool area for example to sell lemonade/coke etc ) but otherwise you just go to the supermarkets which is 5 minutes away in Cita centre "

David·5·Nov. 2025· "Really great holiday which was needed. The staff are great, a shout out to Eduardo who's hilarious and made me laugh everyday. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks were great - all day and up to 22:30 which i was impressed with."

Bruno·4·Jun. 2024· "Strengths of this hotel: Very clean, beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, delicious food, the pool is not very deep (1.40 m max), but is naturist.
Weaknesses: the location; 1 hour walk to reach the gay beaches of Maspalomas dune, including 35 min walking through the dune!!!. 30 min on foot to reach Jumbo Center (shopping center with restaurants, gay bars and shops).
Plan to rent a vehicle, or get around by taxi.
Overall I find the value for money a bit high."

Gus·5·Nov. 2021· "Normally I don't give reviews. But now I make an exception. Because this room was so super clean, better than my own house. The bed smelled fresh, it slept fantastic. The bathroom was super. Everything looked new. It was quiet in the middle of everything. Friendly staff. Very good for this price."

The staff were extremely accommodating, the breakfast was great, and grounds were pristine. ******** was a gracious manager who made sure we were taken care of from before we arrived to after we should have left. Mari was a wonderfully nice housekeeper who made sure no detail was overlooked and all was taken care of while we were away. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay. We will definitely return soon."
