"This is such a romantic resort! Very remote, in the south of Koh Tao, typical Thai style, with 2 beaches and a great pool, you can snorkel right outside your hotel room. Great (Thai) food, an amazing spa and a cool gym overlooking the pristine waters. The personnel is super friendly, like always in Thailand. The resort is big but feels very cozy. A bit expensive compared to what you will find in Sairee Beach. I would definitely recommend for a couple."

"I had one evening/night in Bangkok and was glad I spent it here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. But the location was the biggest selling point; it was about a 20 minute walk to the tallest skyscraper in the city (which has a great rooftop bar and viewpoint); if you want to go for a specific time like sunset, give yourself at least 30 minutes to get through the ticket and elevator lines. Also, it as about a 3 minute walk to a bunch of gay bars and restaurants with many friendly Thai men. The only drawback I can think of is that traffic can be a bear, especially when students are being dropped off or picked up at the large school down the road (but that only happens at certain times of the day)."
