Alain and his partner are two great hosts, very kind and helpful, they kindly prepared delicious crepes for breakfast. We are very grateful to Alain because he kindly accompanied us to the metro station and explained how to use it, as well as the lines we should take to get around Paris."

Stephen luigi·5·Sep. 2026· "we arrived later than expected (10pm) but for Herve our host it wasnt a problem.the bedroom is very clean and the bed very comfortable too (we shared the bathroom but that was no problem)....continental breakfast was available and ample ..the bedroom is on ground floor with doors to the terrace which is ideal for smokers and Herve has a lovely furry 2year old companion so its great if you love dogs too... parking is right outside and 15 minutes drive into Troyes itself....its is in the countryside so it's lovely and quiet......there is a restaurant nearby (20 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car) called La Bucherie which was good and reasonably priced....Herve is very interesting to chat with and has lots of information about the area...if we come back to Troyes,we will definitely check with him again ...."

Dan·5·Oct. 2025· "If i could give 6 stars for cleanliness I would. Apartment is perfect and just what i needed for a 2 day re-charge. Cafes, supermarket, pharmacy , bus stop, rail. All within walking distance. Shower was great and lovely natural body products. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Brady - super amazing guy. Social , but also gave you space. Communicated extremely well and easy to get along with. Would happily stay again. After two days , I felt like I could easily stay longer."

Aaron·5·Jul. 2024· "It was a fleeting visit, so Charlotte House was the perfect spot for visiting the Castle and meandering around the old town streets. The dining recommendations offered by Sally and the team were great! The staff are excellent and happy to help providing advice and very accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay. The bar and dining areas are smart, and while the room I stayed in was yet to be done, the promise looks good. I would definitely stay here again, requesting a 'new' room."
