He prepared breakfast for us every morning, we talked about the city and each person's experiences while we had dinner. He has many interesting stories to tell! He always gave us plenty of advice about the city. His apartment is in a good area, close to the metro to get to the center. The room is spacious and cozy. Totally recommendable!"

Was friendly and open. I couldn't have asked for a better host. Place was clothing optional and non judgmental which is so refreshing. Thank you Tom for a great stay! See you soon for sure!"

Bathroom with all essentials. Mattia is a brilliant, polite and truly hospitable guy. We had booked a room but he was so kind that he let us use the entire apartment for two days, making sure with the right frequency that everything met our needs. I recommend this option both for the house and for the lovely personal connection you might make. I'm not entirely sure if it's easily accessible by public transport because I had a car, but I saw several bus stops in the area."

Big room, proper bed, could hear the sea at night.
He is very welcoming and we had nice conversations at breakfast and dinner.
His house is on the route of the coastal path and if you walk a bit you will find nice (nude) beaches. Sidmouth is a pleasant lovely town with a nice cinema where Tim and I went together."
