The apartment is very centrally located close to main train station, metro and bus stops. You can easy access to Nuremberg trade show and old town. Apartment is with great clean private room, beautiful bathroom and modern kitchen. You have nice balcony in your room. Tobias is the kindest person ever, he is very communicative asking if you need anything, giving tips about the city and restaurants, he is also very handsome! On my arrival Tobias welcome me with great bottle of wine and we spend nice time together. I will definitely come back to stay in his place again, already looking for excuse to come back to Nuremberg"

Robert·5·Feb. 2026· "Beautiful home and room. Clean and modern. Enjoyed the rooftop in the moring with coffee made with the coffee maker. Room outside my bedroom with TV, Fan, fridge, microwave..... was perfect. I was exceptionally happy with the room and home.
Victor is a very kind man. Very attentive and obviously wanting me to enjoy my stay. I would be very happy to stay there again. I enjoyed eating in the working class barrio where the rental is located. Lots of choices to eat, great food, terrific prices. It may not be for everyone. I felt very safe walking there, even at night, as there was always lots of people around.
The only real downside was the distance from the Romantic Zone. I actually walked a few times (over 4 km), or took a cab at the entrance to the subdivision (a quick drive to the Romantic Zone) or hailed an Uber for about $10 Canadian one way (including tip)."
