Anthony·5·May. 2023· "I loved Daniel's house: it is spacious, with an authentic interior decor, and perfectly located--so close to the center, the main square, yet just off the beaten tourist path. The patio pool provides the best kind of cooling off in complete seclusion; the terrace off the bedroom provides a great view of the immediate neighborhood. Of course, best of all is that Daniel is a great host--prompt, attentive, and wonderfully helpful. Thank you, Daniel!!"

Even the check-in was super well-organized: The host introduced us to his agent Hayley via ******** beforehand, and she reached out to us in advance to arrange a smooth check-in. When we arrived, she greeted us punctually at the reception, showed us the parking spot in the attached parking garage, and then took us up to the apartment.
The apartment itself, located on the 11th floor, was an absolute dream. It’s a beautiful two-story maisonette, stylishly furnished with lovely design and tasteful artwork on the walls. The highlight was definitely the two balconies with a breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and brand new, so you could start cooking right away.
The location is perfect: a supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, and everything you need is within easy walking distance. Hayley was always available via ******** during our stay, giving us great tips on where to shop and even how to order pizza for our visit to Signal Hill.
The building is also secured 24/7, and the security staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us warmly every time we came in or out. Plus, all the queer-friendly spots are right around the corner, making the location absolutely ideal.
In short, we can highly recommend this place!"

Matthew·5·Mar. 2019· "Wow what a loverly authentic Paris appt. two couples could easily spread out here. Metro a seven minute walk. FranPrix a few minutes away, and a cool Organic shop. Great restaurants nearby - ( Chouette and Le Boulevardier - both with utterly charming staff) . Metro to Marais easy . You might think this place is a little far out , but it's not and the neighbourhood is well worth it. The cemetery is a dream visit. I am so pleased I booked this place . Eric is thoroughly loverly . Even though they weren't home, they graciously arranged for a friend to meet me at Hbf with the keys. We were most happy with the extra room in which we could work. They were generous with what they had. If I return to visit Berlin, I wouldn't hesitate to request to stay there again."

However, he arranged for his flatmate to welcome me – which he did warmly – and both he and Teem kept in touch during my stay to ensure everything was fine. The apartment is great – an amazing view of the London skyline, a very comfortable bedroom, and all of the facilities for a relaxing stay. A particular feature is the greenery throughout the apartment – it adds a very special character. There are lots of eating places and shops in walking distance, and transport links into the centre of London – the fast Jubilee line – and to Heathrow Airport – the new Elizabeth line – are excellent. My highest recommendation as a place to stay in London. Thanks so much, Teem!"

Glenn·5·Mar. 2026· "I am a first time visitor to Zicatela and the location of the property is excellent in a quiet area but only a few minutes maybe 5 or so to the beach area and main streets. The room is simple yet functional, plenty of room for a solo traveler or couple. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful stay close to Punta Zicatela but not a resort style big hotel, this is a great option.
