Amenities for breakfast and more are provided, and Zac is—invisibly yet visibly—present and ready to offer help and advice should any questions arise. The key handover was organized in a straightforward manner. Highly recommended for a short trip to Mainz."

I had the pleasure of staying at Romulo's home, and it was a wonderful experience. The home was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Romulo went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing clear communication, helpful recommendations, and even took me out for a traditional Brazilian dinner.
The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently located in a safe Sao Paulo neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip."

He has the knowledge to guide guests with local gastronomic suggestions. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the building is a genuine art deco, but it's not for someone seeking absolute silence and darkness. It's a room in a major city and a spectacular neighborhood on one of the main avenues. I will definitely stay there again on my next business trips."

The apartment, not far from the metro, is very pleasant and cool (AC and fan), beautifully decorated. And the terrace!! Wow! Magnificent! An incredible view, with the possibility of sunbathing away from prying eyes.
I can only recommend staying with Malik! The cherry on top: a great pizza truck at the bottom of his building with wood-fired pizzas! Perfect for a smooth arrival."

The only downside is that it's on the third floor and there's no elevator. Definitely a good place to stay outside Madrid's city center!!"
