The hosts were sometimes there, sometimes not. I could let myself in with a code and a key. The hosts were polite and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable. It's located in a residential area. It's a nice stroll to the Old Town or a short ride by tram."

Frank·5·Mar. 2025· "Leandro communicated promptly to all of my questions. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be no way to brew coffee. Otherwise, kitchen is more than adequate. The building is fine, basic, security staff cordial, always there. Pool and jacuzzi were without water. Gym is small and basic, but fine. The location is convenient to nearby parks, cafes, bars and restaurants. It is located on a busy main road, with many buses, poor sidewalks, etc. Certainly not the most attractive area of the city, but within a short walk of Plaza Italia. For the price, I would recommend it."

Your friendship and hospitality it unsurpassed in the bnb experience and your huge home is just so relaxed and peaceful. . Thank you for the huge array of delicious choices for breakfast and the welcoming jaunts to the bars for Cisk or GnT... love you both and the stunning Gozo laid back experience. ..Maurice..."

The beautifull bed was fine but a little short for taller people ( we are 1.92 /1.86m tall). The bed is 2 meters long but it has a wooden footboard. We had a very goid time!"

First time to Amsterdam, so I wasn't so sure about the best locations, but this apartment was walkable to absolutely everything. I also loved that the street itself was residential and charming, lined with cafes and restaurants. It was near the park and plenty of gyms to stay active. Mik was extremely reliable and communicative. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and in the know. I would definitely stay here again. Big bonus - very comfortable bed and bedding and big windows."

Good guide for visits in the surrounding area, good meals shared in their company, peaceful place (even the pool and if you come with an inflatable unicorn they will be delighted! 🦄🥴).
