He is a very interesting guy, I very much enjoyed talking with him about various subjects. He also showed me around Rouen. The apartment is beautiful, clean, calm and private. The flat is perfectly located, in particular for those taking the EuroStar (it is only 1 station from St-Pancras and the flat is near the station), and the room is very comfortable. With their location just south of Dijon it's a perfect stop over for anyone doing the North / South journey. Would recommend to other guests."

Parabita is the highest point in Salento, and the house is on the highest hill, so you have beautiful light, views and a sense of space. It's also close to both coasts so it makes an ideal base for exploring. The apartment is always cool and pleasant, with a peaceful outdoor patio where we spent our time. Ivan is an impeccable host, generous, prompt, respectful. He also makes helpful recommendations. Overall a wonderful experience."
