Fabulous garden, very well decorated room, king size bed with good mattress and mosquito net for peaceful sleep, only one downside no hot water at the sink but hot water in the shower, the room is cleaned every day, very good breakfast, Ricardo also speaks French and gives all the advice to recommend good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Thank you very much. It's a human-scale hotel I believe 6 rooms and you can park the rental car within the hotel grounds which is reassuring. We didn't take a dip in the pool we only stayed three nights it was short but very nice."

Marcelo·4·Sep. 2019· "It's a welcoming venture, Roberto and family are kind and respectful. There is attention to detail that makes it cozy and very Chiloé-like!! Lack of cleanliness in the shared bathrooms, fungi and rust in the showers.
No towels and no heating!!
It's very cold and the wood stove is only turned on in the 2nd floor hallway from 8pm to 12pm. The bedrooms are freezing!! The construction is precarious and poorly insulated. Wind and noise seep in. Only recommended in summer. They demand a maximum arrival time at night until midnight, which prevents participating in the city's parties. A schedule that is not even respected because they close earlier, causing inconvenience to guests!"

Centrally located to all eatery on 2nd street and a short walk/drive to the beach. Well equipped and clean. Parking is not a part of the deal; however, it is not a struggle to find one in front or near the home."

Marco·5·Feb. 2022· "Jo provided the best service during my stay, like an excellent breakfast, and paid attention to details. For instance, when I worked out with my coach, he proactively lent his yoga mat & gave us two glasses of water.
We talked a lot like a friend who doesn't look like the host who used to limit the interaction with the guest.
About the house, it is far from the hustle & offers fantastic paddy field views. The room is not the best compared to the newly built guest house, but it's spacious enough."

The dogs and the cat are adorable and add to feeling of being home.
