Proctor·5·Mar. 2025· "Simply WOW! From the moment of booking until farewell, the communication with the wonderful hosts was amazing. The home is literally a million dollar home with multi million dollar views! I had the room which had a massive private patio overlooking the ocean and every evening I fell asleep listening to the waves and woke up each morning to views of the turquoise ocean views from my bed. There are 3 rooms of similar size available for rent and the hosts stay in a separate part of the large home. I felt so welcomed and was so surprised at how gay friendly San Juan del Sur is in general. There are multiple beaches all around and wonderful restaurants along the beach in town. The main city center is a 15 minute walk mostly down the beach and the beach entrance is a 8 minute walk from the home up/down a pretty steep hill. I was so impressed with Nicaragua and the affordable nature and welcoming locals! I can't highly recommend this home enough!"

Josef·5·May. 2019· "I was pampered beyond expectation and free to explore the area of Kiss/Orl. Its so easy to get around with your navigation system. Remember to keep lots of change & one dollar bills for the toll roads. Also keep in mind that Spanish is freely spoken so be respectful of the locals and smile as this is a global expression that everyone understands. Gene is very meticulous and thoughtful and funny. Just be yourself and respect his space and you'll be delighted."

Maurice·5·Nov. 2024· "The apartment feels a little dated, but that's okay because everything is well maintained and clean. At this price you can only get a room in the Paris area, but here you get a whole apartment when the owner is traveling. (which he often is)
The bedroom has exterior blinds (darkens completely), the bathroom has a bathtub and the living room has a well-equipped open kitchen in addition to WiFi and TV. There is also a terrace, which is certainly great in summer.
The apartment is quiet and you can hear the neighbors cooking at noon, but at night the neighbors sleep and it is generally a quiet residential area. Use earplugs if necessary.
The Mairie de Lilas bus and metro stop is only a 5-minute walk away. It is 20 minutes to the center of Paris and 30 minutes to the Gare du Nord train station.

Stefan·5·May. 2018· "Gidi is an amazing host. I enjoyed my stay with him enormously. Gidi is a photographer so as I am. He took me on great walks through the city and showed me really interesting sights to photograph, including very special locations of Bauhaus architecture. We had an amazing time together. We went out for dinners and drinks but also cooked at home. He made my visit to Tel Aviv extra special.
The apartment is indeed a place of a real artist. It's bohemian. It's well located in the center of Tel Aviv. It's close to the beach, the Dizengoff center and walking distance from the Carmel market.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to other MrBnB travelers."

The location is perfect: close to the airport, Clubs and beaches, but still a little bit remote so that you are by your own and can enjoy the view over the sea. Arian is friendly, helpful and flexible. He arranged that we can check in earlier and check out later which was really nice. We had some issue with the water but Arian solved the issue very fast and convenient. The pool is awesome, BBQ is available and there is enough space for everyone!"
