The studio is perfect, nothing is missing and the bedding is excellent. Don't hesitate to stop here where you will be welcomed with simplicity and spontaneity. Ed·5·Jun. 2025· "Tony's home is a stunningly beautiful house and I felt very relaxed staying here. The bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. Tony is a lovely host and communication was not a problem. His co-host, Smudge (the kitten), was perfect and I loved the personal attention he gave me. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets and the town centre. I hope to be able to stop here again next time I require a stay in Kendal."

Phil·5·Aug. 2026· "Excellent communication from Robert, our host. Our stay started great with a pick up from the train station. Robert was very friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. He gave us many tips for local restaurants & things to see & do.
The house is very large with some permanent & short stay guests that share a bathroom. The room was large & very clean with a fridge & large tv. Some friendly cats here too.
The accommodation is very lgbt friendly & not far to uber to Sayville ferries for Fire Island. Overall, it was a very pleasant & super convenient stay."
