Location is a bit out of the old town, so in busy tourist season, this will be a good spot if you want to be away from that.
Walter provided us with some tips and was good with communication.

He was able to help me get in and showed me everything needed. After getting in for the night, we were able to chat and hang out for awhile. Very easy going and comfortable conversation and an overall excellent stay! I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area."

It is close to all points of interest and of the train station. Cherry on top, Atef is a friendly, nice man to have conversations with. He is also full of good advises and knows all the secrets of his city!"
