He's such a great guy, was very attentive, helpful, polite, gave many tips and suggestions on what to do in Búzios and where to eat, and was always quick to respond to messages. I was very well received, he did everything to ensure I had a great stay, and I really did have an excellent stay! Perfect score! Everything was perfect! The house was very clean, the bedroom I slept in was very pleasant and the bed was very cozy, I slept very well and felt like I was in my own home. Great location and easy access to the beach. I will definitely come back again. Without a doubt I recommend staying at Terto's house to everyone."

Sal·5·Jun. 2025· "If you want a quiet retreat, this is the Perfect Gem in the Hudson Valley. I found this home to be quaint, warm and artistic. Comfortable beyond belief, with a porch that made you feel like you were in a heaven. A raging rainstorm kept me indoors, and yet I still felt like I was in paradise. A truly wonderful kitchen with all that you would need for making any type of meal. Close enough to many Hudson Valley attractions. Driving in the area was also a pleasant experience. A lovely yard surrounding the property with small areas for sunning and enjoying the outdoors. It was a fabulous place to rest and relax."

Raymond·5·May. 2023· "Hector and Emilio are great hosts. Emilio was waiting at the accommodation for me to arrive, as I was running a little late. He explained where my room was and where things are in their home. Emilio had to leave me, which I found very trusting as he has never seen me or met me before. Hector arrived a few good hours after. He had to start cooking and invited me to have some of their meal.
The location is in a very nice area. Only a few metres from the River Thames and overground trains. Also, Tesco Express is very near, and there is also a pub and a few restaurants nearby. I would recommend the place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Hector and Emilio are great guys. They just let you be yourself."

Room is spacious, comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with beautiful blue tile from floor ceiling. The whole apartment has a Zen like atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing! Building property has security guards at a gate. Felt safe."
