I didn't have any interactions with Diego or other guests in person but Diego was very responsive via message and the staff at the property were extremely kind. Not especially gay, but certainly gay friendly. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were very clean and well kept."

He is very friendly and very informative about Parma. No Wi-Fi still but can get 3 hours a day at the city information center. Ask for Wi-Fi password at the desk. They are also amazing!"

He has a sweet personality and his dogs are very, very well behaved. A very Comfortable bed with great linens and an adjoining bathroom gave me a great night's rest. There is nothing negative that could be said everything was five stars on above. 👍"
