Making food together in the beautiful open kitchen/dining great room, helping us set up for a work-related zoom call in his private office, giving us his huge comfy memory foam bed and the double shower. Relaxing time in the screened-in rear porch facing the forest. Seeing a well-endowed frog for the first time ever. All while enjoying fun and interesting interactions with him and his friend who stayed over too. Austin knows how to create around you a new atmosphere made of attention, discretion, sociability and simple joy that makes you feel better than at home. Had a really memorable, shared enjoyment. Thank you again Austin! Will definitely stay here again. 10/10."

I can honestly say that I have never stayed in a rental that had such a great selection of dishes, pots, glasses, plates, utensils etc, in the kitchen. There is EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. The light, bright and airy Great room is beautiful with views of the pool and mountains. Fantastic location! Extremely close to the gym and grocery store which was a great!"

"O Sitio de Zes" is more than just a country home. It is a beautiful villa having a lovely pool, a garden and spacious grounds. To compliment this dream setting are the hosts and hostess. Henrique and Jose respond to your every need as well as embrace you as a true friend. Maria is the perfect hostess. She is a sweetheart and a love. This place is exceptional. We hope we can return. George·4·Nov. 2024· "This 2-bedroom apartment was comfortable, clean and nice. The beds were good, pillows weak but we still rested well. The terrace was nice for a breakfast or just to relax but sure lacked any kind of view. The kitchen was very user-friendly with an electric stove and adequately equipped. The neighbor lady could be very loud at times - interestingly only heard her when in the bathroom. The neighborhood was dicey but we never felt in danger. Sami's, a gay bar with plenty of "atmosphere" was on the same street and only a block and a half away (we only discovered this several days in our stay.) It was just a short walk to Victoria Metro Station so transportation was always available. The Archeological Museum is a short walk and well worth the walk. The one disappointment was the apartment lacked any sense of gay. Other MrB&Bs we've rented had some literature such as to local gay life. As stated the apartment was very clean and comfortable but one of the reasons we rent from MrB&B is to support the gay owners/community and we look forward to the extra gay edge. This apartment was so antiseptic that it felt like renting a straight place or renting from ********. Although Matt lives in Stockholm, he was very response and relatively easy to get a hold of.
