As soon as I'd arrived and dropped my stuff off I was out the door seeing the city! it didn't give me a chance to actually meet him in person, but he made it plenty clear to contact him if anything was needed. With info and suggestions on the surrounding area. And even gave me some fantastic recommendations after checkout for my next destination. Thanks for a nice start to my travels Tadhg! :)"

There is no front desk, which makes entry and exit easier. Communication with Aldo is clear and quick. One observation: the apartment is on the fourth floor and has no elevator; making it difficult for those with reduced mobility or traveling with many suitcases. I felt very comfortable with Aldo."

The apartment is tidy and quiet and it's a good base for exploring the city and area. It's close enough for easy access but in a quiet neighbourhood."

Deep·5·May. 2025· "Staying with Josine and John felt more like staying with my sister and brother-in-law than staying in a BnB. They made me a family away from home. I came alone, but never felt alone in this new country. The most difficult part of this stay was the goodbye. Josine was busy with hosting an event. Still she managed to spend some time with me and we shared stories. Josine also invited me to the event that she organized and I made several friends there at the event! John and I watched EuroVision together. John is also a great cook. Their house is super clean and lovely. It is big and beautiful (more beautiful than the photos show!) I highly recommend this place to families, (straight or gay) couples, solo men, and solo women."

Paul·5·May. 2026· "I had a wonderful stay at Around Toledo/Gaetano Irollo. Vito is a warm and attentive host, and the room met all my needs. It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location (all the sites are easily accessible). It's in a fantastic old palazzo with high ceilings and heavy doors. Quite the Neapolitan experience."
