Ian·5·Sep. 2025· "I had the most amazing weekend staying with John and Jumble (the most adorable and gorgeous black Labrador) in Whitby. John's house is absolutely stunning, beautifully kept, calm, and relaxing, with every little detail thought through to make the stay perfect. It was lovely to catch up with John over a glass of wine, and he went above and beyond throughout my stay. Even ferrying me into town, bringing my luggage to the station, and making me feel completely at ease. The walk into town is a little stroll, which I enjoyed a few times, but John's kindness in offering lifts made everything so easy. From the very start it felt as if I was staying with a friend I'd known for years. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and just beautiful in every way. I can't recommend it enough and I'm already looking forward to returning."

All the animals are there to greet you in the morning when you wake up and you feel like you're never in a rush. I'll still continue being a regular visitor anytime I'm in town!"

Thomas·5·May. 2022· "I was honored to be the first mister&b guest to stay at Gil's newly listed cozy, secluded, peaceful log home. The photos do not do it justice. It is large, tastefully decorated, and private. There is lots of space and fast internet, so working remotely was never a problem. And Gil was a most welcoming and generous host. My visit felt more like reacquainting with an old friend than staying at a BnB. I hope to visit again soon, especially when I need to escape the big city. Highly recommended!"

James·5·Feb. 2024· "Michael and Bill have thought of everything to make their place a home away from home. They have a sweet dog, Tyler, who is a little loud at first but calms down once he gets to know you. Most of my activities were in Palm Springs but it was only an hour away. The drive was quite nice and passed scenic mountain ranges and also a high end shopping outlet malls. I have no hesitation recommending their place to anyone looking for a place around or near Palm Springs."
