What was most pleasantly unexpected was Poppy, the house keeper! She is so nice and helpful, eg she would do our dishes as soon as we would turn around! Note Manoj does have two little dogs in case you're not the dog positive type of person. Enjoy !"

The place is top notch - quiet, clean and absolutely immaculate with everything one might need. Within an easy 10 minute walk from Ybor and the free tram to Downtown Tampa. I wish we could stay longer. Hope to be back. Thanks a million!"

Aaron·5·Jul. 2024· "It was a fleeting visit, so Charlotte House was the perfect spot for visiting the Castle and meandering around the old town streets. The dining recommendations offered by Sally and the team were great! The staff are excellent and happy to help providing advice and very accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay. The bar and dining areas are smart, and while the room I stayed in was yet to be done, the promise looks good. I would definitely stay here again, requesting a 'new' room."
