The heating was very good and I felt warm and cosy. The location is very good and within an easy walking distance to the old town centre of Zaltbommel. I stayed for a week while I visited family and I could have happily stayed longer. Zaltbommel is a very nice place to visit"

However, communication is not always easy for someone who doesn't speak English when most guests are English speakers, which was our case.
However, we enjoyed the friendly aperitifs before the delicious meals prepared by our hosts.
We were unable to enjoy the pool and the possibility of naturism due to bad weather, but this remains another advantage of the accommodation offered.
We regretted that our small bedroom overlooked the street rather than the garden side.
The drawbacks noted do not prevent us from recommending this accommodation and its hosts, and especially for an English-speaking audience."

I spent 5 nights and met 2 charming boys, very friendly with a very warm welcome. They were very available throughout the stay and did everything to make the stay go smoothly. Top of MisterBnB. We appreciated breakfast at their place, especially since the crepes and galettes are very good. The room was perfect and the bedding worthy of a nice hotel. It was a pleasure. Jon·4·Jul. 2026· "I ultimately enjoyed staying at B&B Rio Grande but I had concerns. I understood it was a mixed gender nudist resort and I met some lovely lesbian couples there but I was surprised that there was a child staying there during my stay. This felt inappropriate and certainly changed the tone of my stay. From the pictures/description, it looks like the place has a bar but it's really just a refrigerator with beer and sodas. No one making cocktails."
