It was a bit too cold to go swimming but I still tried to briefly! Parking is on the street but the neighborhood is quiet so that isn't an issue. Chloe is the friendliest golden retriever ever and she will always ask for pets. Bruce was very communicative and friendly; great stay overall!"

The space was exactly as described, located right in the heart of the romantic zone. It's a unique layout as the main living room / kitchen separated are from the bedroom via a small outdoor courtyard.
It had all of the promised basic amenities (including linens, dishware, and more). Having two bathrooms in the unit is a great advantage for any couple traveling.
When booking, we were concerned with noise given its location (there's a bar right downstairs), but we had zero complaints. We never heard the bar downstairs. The staircase to the unit is narrow and can be a little daunting to go up three flights of steps with large luggage, but that's what makes every day leg day.
Overall Matt was a good host. We visited during PVR pride and he prepared us for the logistics by sending a long detailed message the day before our arrival."

He checked in with us periodically to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The location was perfect as everything was within a 15 to 20 minute walk and were close by the Central Market and grocery stores. Thanks for an amazing time in Valencia."

Hans-juergen·4·Jul. 2026· "The apartment is located in the Nazaret neighborhood and is well connected to the public transport network (Metro 10, bus lines 4, 95, 30). At €60 per day (2 people), the value for money is acceptable...if more should be charged (depending on season), the ratio tilts. We had 7 cockroaches as guests in 11 days. The dust on the fan blades hasn't been removed in a long time. An advantage is the washing machine for longer stays. There is no toaster and the capsule coffee machine didn't work either. Recommended for short stays. There are 2 apartments that are parallel to each other...we actually booked Cami de Canal 18."

They were very attentive throughout our stay and gave us all the information we needed to make our vacation go smoothly: the best restaurants and insider tips. The annex where we slept was peaceful, well-equipped and clean, ideally situated in a pine forest (magnificent view from our bed!) just 5 minutes from Lacanau-Océan. We really recommend a stay with Pierre and Alain."
