Mark·5·Mar. 2026· "Sometimes you get lucky and make a friend along the way. Alejandro was awesome. Super understanding when I was delayed arriving. His apartment is super clean and the bed so comfortable. Alejandro makes an awesome coffee too! Central to all in La Romana. He owns a restaurant across the street which has the most delicious home made passion fruit juice. I had chicken and rice and beans and it was delicious. Around the corner is a lovely breakfast place called La Crema. I was diving in Bayahibe and the location was perfect. Had a rental car and parking was plentiful, easy and secure. I'll be back !!"

Paul·4·Jun. 2023· "Was pretty disappointed as I requested a balcony room but was placed on the first floor. The problem here was the noise and proximity to people on walking on the street. When it rained my room was full of mosquitos presumably from the street/gutters right outside of the french windows. If I were to come back I would want to confirm that I indeed pay for a balcony room!!!"

The balcony offers a view of the Caribbean and is a nice place to begin your day with breakfast. There is a streaming service on the television which is a great way to end your day. The condo is very comfortable way to visit the New World's First City."

If you stay here, I would recommend renting a private room like I did. It was great talking to people who were staying here from literally over the world."
