1. In the interests of keeping the apartment clean and free of pests, please dispose of garbage each day. Garbage must be taken out of the apartment and placed in the main garbage disposal bins in the parking lot on the ground floor. Upon completion of your stay, we respectfully request that you leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition. If apartment is left in a mess, an additional US$100 will be applied as penalty for extra cleaning.
2. Smoking or the use of Hookah is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas. No cigarettes, no marijuana, or no illegal drugs of any type anywhere in the apartment.
3. Families with infants and children are also welcome. Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children in the apartment.
4. BALCONY: No more than 4 people at a time on balcony. Children are not allowed on balcony without the presence of a supervising parent on balcony.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Please be extra quiet while others are sleeping (between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am) and do not make loud noise in the apartment or in the communal areas of the building. First noise warning no penalty. Second warning US$100 penalty fee. Third warning eviction with no refund.
7. It is not permitted for more people to stay in the apartment other than the number stipulated in the reservation ********. If you violate this rule, you will be charged an additional $80 per night for each additional person (over the maximum of 4 limit) that stays overnight. For security reasons, any visitors that you bring to the apartment are required to check in with front desk security at the lobby, where they must sign in and present a valid photo ID. There are security cameras in the lobby, car parking garage, and elevators, and in addition front desk security will notify the host if more than 4 people are staying in the apartment.
8. Please do not throw anything over the balcony or out the windows into the inner courtyards. US$100.00 penalty fee.
9. Lights and air-conditioning should be turned off when not needed. This is a very bright apartment due to the many windows allowing in the sunlight. Therefore, there is no need for lights to be on during daytime hours. Please remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment.
10. Only adults 18 years or older can operate the gas stove and the washing machine and dryer. Please keep children away from the gas stove.
11. For your own safety and security, it is necessary that you lock both entrance doors whenever you leave the apartment. We also strongly recommend that you keep both entrance doors locked while in the apartment. If you lose the keys, we will have to charge you a fee of US$ 100.00 to help cover the cost of replacing the keys, fob, and putting in new door locks.
12. Please be respectful to building employees and to the residents of the building. Indecent exposure, indecent language or misconduct is not allowed. Violations may result in your eviction from the property with no refund.
13. Please do not throw paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet as this will cause major plumbing problems. There are several wastebaskets around the apartment: the toilet is not one of them!
