They were excellent communicators, gave us a warm welcome on arrival, were incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile in every way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was so much nicer than staying in a sterile hotel room and felt like it gave us a real insight into life in New Caledonia and a cultural grounding at the start of our trip. We'd very happily stay with them again. And the location, facilities, view and spa are excellent!"
