Florian·5·Sep. 2026· "Niksa is a wonderful host who is extremely available and always ready to help with excellent local recommendations. His apartment is spotless, perfectly located, and equipped with air conditioning for a very comfortable stay. With its two bedrooms, it is the ideal setup for a group of four. I highly recommend it!"

Miha·5·Aug. 2026· "A great location right in the centre of Split. Access by car can be a little challenging, but that is to be expected with such a prime location. The room was exactly as expected, excellent value for money, and the hosts were very helpful and provided all the information we needed. A great base for exploring Split!"

David·5·Oct. 2024· "Location is within the palace itself, so couldn't have been better. The room is quiet especially considering how many people were walking and talking below. I would highly recommend. Two things that I did notice:-
1 Theres a washing machine but no clothes rail to dry clothes.
2. There is a kettle but no cups.
Fix those two things and it's 5 stars from me."
