Even down to the breakfast they kindly prepared. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had what I needed, which I really appreciated. They really thought of everything, even my dietary needs, and they kindly set up a space for my online work meeting. The space itself was cosy and comfortable, with some lovely views across London. It felt like a relaxing place to come back to after a day out. The neighbourhood is also quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, even though I wasn't too familiar with the area.
