Spacious private room with double bed in a bright, modern totally refurbished first floor flat in Islington in excellent location. Refurbished to a minimalist modernist style. Shared bathroom (with lots of natural light) and kitchen.

The apartment has 1 bedroom. I will stay in the living room which has a sofa bed. Your bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a large modern cupboard to meet all your storage needs.

The price reflects only the use of the bedroom, bathroom, hallway and modernised kitchen (with that all important Nespresso machine). The living room will not be in use as I reside in there, but your bedroom is large and comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are both refurbished to a high quality. The apartment has a lovely feel.

Whilst I will be sharing the apartment with you, I will generally be at work as I'm City lawyer and work long hours. I'm hospitable and will always do my best to help you out with any queries and requests. As well as a full time lawyer, my living room doubles as a yoga shala as I'm a part time yoga teach. You may hear the occasional Om!

Located by bustling Upper Street with its fab selection of restaurants, bars, shops and venues. Close to Regents canal walkways for easy access to East London and Kings Cross. Highbury and Islington tube is just 3 minutes walk away and is super convenient with the Victoria Line (fast and regular - just 10 minutes to Oxford Circus), Overground and National Rail. Angel tube station (Northern line) is a 15 minute walk away.

You will feel very much at home and in comfort here.
