Lovely Room with Private Bathroom in a Modern Building

Hi there, you’ll like my flat because: -it’s on the main road walking distance from bars & restaurants in the vibrant Elephant & Castle -It’s clean & tidy & you have your own bathroom -I offer a ‘hotel-like’ experience -it’s in Zone 1 only 5 min walk from Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo + Northern line) -It’s walking distance from London Bridge / Borough Market (15 min), Waterloo (20 min), Soho / Liverpool Street (45 min)

My offer includes a bedroom (with double bed) and a separate bathroom just for you (I have my own). As you enter the flat you have your own bathroom, opposite a roof terrace. You then have your bedroom. Between your bedroom and mine there is my storage room and my kitchen, so, we both have a bit of privacy. Your room has a little desk where you with the TV and a bit of space for writing or using a laptop. My kitchen is not shared so guests cannot enter or use my kitchen, fridge, etc. The flat has central heating but NO air-conditioning. You’ll need to open the window if too hot. I do not provide breakfast, kettle and there are no cooking facilities in the room. However, I provide a bottle of tap water.

As I said, guests have their own bedroom and separate bathroom but No kitchen. You can access my flat via a lift/elevator.

I only do check in in person, which means that I will be there to welcome you, explain you anything you need to know and answer your questions. This normally lasts 15 to 20 min. I do not offer self-check in. After that, I will be available to answer further questions and help make your stay even more comfortable. Please ensure you check your MisterB&B app throughout your stay.

Please read carefully BEFORE making your reservation. I can only offer check in at the times below. Check in between 6 pm to 11 pm Check out by max 10 am When you make your reservation, please tell me what time you would like to check in e.g.: I’d like to check in from 6 pm to 6:30 pm / I’d like to check in from 7 pm to 7:30 pm etc. Also, after sending your reservation, make sure you check your messages for my reply as I may have additional questions to you before I accept or decline your reservation. For example, I may not be able to check you in from 6 to 11 but only from 8 to 11 etc Please do not disappear for 3 hours. Check your messages for my reply that is until I have accepted or rejected. PLEASE Finally, you will not be able to leave your luggage before 6 as I will not be at home. There are plenty of places in London where you can leave your luggage.
