The Reveal

Comfortable room in a modern apartment. The flat is 3 minutes away from Kennington Metro Station which is only 4 stops away from the city center and gay area Soho (10min journey on the metro) , 3 stops away from Trafalgar Square and Big Ben, one stop from Waterloo. Also Vauxhall is walking distance (8 minutes walk). There are good travel connections either by metro or bus (24 hours) .The Flat is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It is a newly built development with modern interior. I am a friendly, professional, organized, clean host who also loves traveling, discovering new places and meeting new people.I work as manager in sales. I enjoy traveling, sports, art, healthy eating, music..Shared bathroom and kitchen for tea and coffee anytime or to prepare breakfast. Breakfast is not included. I have a cat , she is quiet and as hypoallergenic as cats can be. No cat hair or smell at home 🙂 The apartment is non-smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring guests to the apartment.

I had an exceptional stay at Sam's!! Every communication leading up to and during my stay was very thorough and thoughtful. It was close to everywhere I went (or needed to go) on this trip. Truly central! I had a packed agenda and although I did not spend much time at the apartment, it was super comfortable, clean, and a great location overall. 10/10 would stay here again!

Lovely stay with Sam! He is such a welcoming, friendly, communicative host. His cat Luna was very demure and quiet. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is such a gem, near a station that can get me anywhere I want to go.

Great stay with Sam - he was very flexible about check-in, flat is very clean and bed very comfortable. Nice to get to know Sam and his cute hypoallergenic cat Luna. Good location right between Kennington and Oval stations, and right next to the park. Great base for exploring London!

We stayed for the Weekend. Our stay was Perfect. Great Place, Great Location and Sam, the host, was very friendly, open to help us with any doubt, and made us feel at Home all the time. I would definitively come back!

Sam is a very best and nice host, and made my stay really enjoyable. Check in and out really easy and helpful, the flat is perfect (especially for plants lovers !), very clean and Sam welcomes you genuinely well. You feel at home and safe, which is very important. I totally recommend it !

Amazing apartment, well located and clean. Exactly what you see in the pics. Sam is just about the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I was luck to have been there on a weekend he didn't have plans, so we ended up hanging out and chatting. 100% recommend his place.
