Private single room and separate private bathroom for your use, in a modern shared spacious house. The bedroom has its own wardrobe and tv. The rest of the house and relaxing garden is of course yours to share with myself if you so wish. Chill in the lounge, dining area or conservatory or if you prefer your own company in your room, completely your choice. Situated in a peaceful location in Allington, Maidstone, just a 20 minute walk from Central Maidstone with beautiful river walks nearby. The house is located very close to the river and only 4 minutes from the M20. A great stop if coming from or going to Europe for ferries or the Euro tunnel. Also close to Maidstone and the hospital. 7 minute drive to two major train stations.

The most amazing host and a wonderfully pleasant stay in Maidstone! Stephen is the most relaxed person and he took care of everything one would need. His home is spotlessly clean. I can only recommend to anyone needing good company and a great place to stay.

Had a lovely stay with Stephen, beautiful home and garden. Very attentive host who I enjoyed great conversations with and nothing was a bother for him. I had a great sleep and was offered coffee and breakfast. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area

Stephen is a marvellous host who goes above and beyond to make sure you will have the most comfortable stay possible. The house is big, beautiful and super clean, has a nice garden and is very quiet. The communication before I arrived was super friendly, helpful, considerate, and all the help he offered went far beyond what I would expect from a B&B host. I had a great time in best company there. Stephen is fun, kind and interesting. Highly recommended!

Stephen's house and garden in a quiet surrounding are wonderfully maintained. The parking place in front of the door and the own bathroom are extra comfort. Stephen's care before and during my overnight stay made me feel welcome and calm.

I had a great stay with Stephen. His home is delightful, clean and even better than the description and pictures suggest. Also very quiet but walking distance to local supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. Stephen is a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. He's an interesting guy to chat to as well. And he even provided breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

I spent one night with Stephen in his lovely house. Stephen is a slim fit and engaging host. He kindly cooked dinner for the two of us and we had a pleasant evening. I think I was one of his first guests and his listing is a great addition to Mr bnb. I can thoroughly recommend his place.
