You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom which are completely private. The kitchen, dining room and garden are all shared and you're very welcome to use them as much as you like. I'd just ask that my bedroom and any closed doors stay closed. Other than that, make yourself at home. I'm around most of the time and genuinely enjoy meeting people, so if you want tips on the area, a coffee recommendation or just a chat, I'm up for it. If you'd rather keep to yourself that's absolutely fine too. Other guests say it feels less like a formal hosting arrangement and more like staying with a friend who really looks after you. This is also an inclusive, queer home and everyone is warmly welcome here regardless of who they are or who they love. Quiet hours & shared spaces Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus full use of the kitchen, dining room and garden. Guests Please only have registered guests staying. I'd ask that there are no unannounced visitors or overnight guests, and no more than two people in the house at any time. Kitchen Help yourself to tea, coffee and any breakfast I've left out. I'll keep a shelf in the fridge free for your use. No need to wash up straight away, just leave things in the sink. Noise & parties No parties or gatherings please. Music and TV are fine, just keep the volume considerate, especially after 9pm. Smoking & substances No smoking indoors. No illegal substances on the property. Pets No pets unless we've agreed it beforehand. Just message me and we can sort it. General Treat the house the way you'd want someone to treat yours. If something breaks or goes wrong, just let me know. Accidents happen and I won't make a big deal of it.
