This modern, comfortable, spacious and cosy home away from home is in the ideal location to enjoy everything London has to offer.

With an amazing entertainers backyard, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, high ceiling, bright open planned lounge with central heating, fibre optic broadband and all the extra additions to ensure you feel relaxed and at home.

The guest bedroom is on the upper level and is private and quiet for you to relax, or make yourself at home throughout the house or lovely backyard. Clothing optional is ok, and the backyard is private.

I’m relaxed, open minded, gym fit and love the outdoors and naturism. Happy to share in a drink or two, a meal, chat and swap stories in the lounge room, and ultimately ensure your stay is both memorable and enjoyable. I can also give you tips on where and what to do while in London, and maybe even join you for a night on the town.

This house has everything you could want and more. Seconds away from public transport with both overground (Clapham High Street) and underground (Clapham North) and direct bus routes, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the city in less then 10 minutes.

But there is no need to leave Clapham with the buzz of the high street on your door step and 3 gay bars within a 2minute walk. Well known for the huge array of cafes, bars and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice.

Beautiful Clapham common park and pond is just down the road.

Friendly social gay crowd with cocktails and a fun vibe. Two Brewers - is a 2 minute walk from the house and one of London’s gay hot spots with nightly events and a large friendly crowd that continues on till the early hours of the morning

Fetch - across the road. Gay clothing / sex / fetish shop. You will everything from harness to thongs, dildos, poppers, lube. You name it, they have it. Staff are very friendly. Deff recommend checking it out and ffeel free to show off the new purchase

There is a 24 hour gym along with outdoor training equipment in beautiful Clapham common park, just a few minutes walk.

Cafes, bars, restaurants, not to mention all you can eat Sushi and bottomless brunches on the door step.

The hot tub is private and is in the back yard. I’m relaxed, open minded, gym fit and love outdoors and naturism and vouyerism. I enjoy hanging with guys from across the world over a few drinks. I’ll do my best to make you feel comfortable and at home

It was a nice experience staying at Adam's place in Clapham. Unfortunately Adam was not at home so we didn't meet so I had the entire apartment for myself. The communication before and during the stay was easy. His place is located in a quiet street close to the tube and overground and it was very easy to get downtown London. Highly recommend Adam as a host, and would like to come back a stay one day.

I had a great 2-night stay at this cozy Misterb&b! The host was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Bella and Bruno were adorable —they were so friendly. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. If you love dogs and a relaxing, homey atmosphere, this is the place to stay.

Adam was a great host - full of ideas to enjoy London. He was very welcoming (with drinks) and the hot tub was superb. His place is ideally located in the wonderful Clapham borough, near the Tube (easy access to everything).

Adam is a fantastic host! He's genuine, friendly and attentive. I was able to completely relax during my stay. And the location is terrific! The house is on a quiet street, but right around the corner lies quick access to the tube, shops, pubs and a wonderful variety of restaurants. I would definitely ask to stay there again.

Adam was a fun and welcoming host, generous with the beer and very laid back. The house was in a great location, very cosy. Bruce and Bella are adorable. Would definitely recomend would stay again. I'll see you at the beach Adam!
