Welcome to my home! My 2-bed duplex apartment is in the vibrant area of Brixton. The amazing transport links allow you to get to Oxford Circus in 10min. on the underground. Brixton underground station, or "tube" as we refer to it, is an 8min. walk from my apartment.
The flat boasts wonderful wooden floors, classic design and modern appliances. It consists of a living room with a fireplace, TV, sofa and dining table. Your bedroom is upstairs next to the shower room. The bedroom has just been newly carpeted and has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. Plenty of space for your belongings. I provide towels, shampoo, shower gel and bottled water. If you need anything else please feel free to ask.
The neighbourhood of Brixton is quirky, vibrant and very multi-cultural. There are numerous food options from all over the world on your doorstep and central London is a short tube ride away. The Clapham gay bars are in walking distance. The clubs/bars/restaurants/bathhouses in Vauxhall/Kennington are 2 stops on the underground.

Busy gay and straight bars/clubs in Clapham are a 15 min. walk from my apartment. Vauxhall is two stops away on the tube. Wonderful Brockwell Park and Clapham Common are ideal for relaxing, exercising and picnicking. They are both in walking distance from the flat.

If you give me enough notice, I can be flexible with check-in times.
Cleanliness:
Whilst I do a thorough clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and place any dirty towels on the bed. It helps me get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
As I have just had a brand new carpet fitted in your bedroom there is a "no shoes upstairs"-policy". Thank you
Noise / Guests:
To be considerate to the residents of the block (and it's in the house rules of the building), no loud music is to be played after 9pm.
As it is my flat and it contains all my personal belongings etc. I do not allow "guests" staying over. Sorry guys, it's going to have to be "can't host/travel only"... A great way of getting to know the city!
