Charming room in cool Brixton - 10min. from Oxford Circus by tube

Philip was a great host. He is very kind and responsive. His flat is lovely and comfortable in a convenient location so close to Brixton Station. I had a great stay and would recommend Philip's place to other visitors.

Many a thanks to our gracious host for a lovely stay in Brixton. Accommodation was a nice and spacious room with access to bathroom and living room. Clean and comfortable. The location some minutes from Brixton tube station is perfect for exploring the neighbourhood with its restaurants and shops and only a half hour away from central London. Phillip welcomed us as old friends and shared tips and suggestions with us all through our stay. If you plan a trip to London you can't find a better host

We had a wonderful stay at Phillip's place. The location is great (Brixton is a very nice part of town and the apartment is close to the subway). Philip is really friendly and made us feel welcome from the very start. The apartment is nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. We absolutely recommend! Thanks a lot Phillip!

Thanks Phillip for a great stay! This was my 1st successful experience as a Misterb&b and traveler. Phillip's place is exactly as advertised, cosy, in a great location and with an excellent host. Communication with Phillip was easy from the outset, he was very accommodating of my late arrival. His directions were simple & easy to follow. Phillip is kind, considerate & welcoming. I would highly recommend Philip home. It's in the ideal location right round the corner from the main high street, station Brixton and really cosey and well presented. I really enjoyed my stay and couldn't fault anything, loved the bed. Can't wait to return! Phillips is very nice guy over me coffee and tea.

Philipp is an amazing host with a wonderful flat in a very nice building. Buses towards central London stop exactly at the house entrance, although it's quite a long ride. Philipp is very open, ready to help!

What a joy this place was to stay in. Phillip was a wonderful host and by the end of my stay felt like I'd made a real friend. Nothing was too much trouble and his relaxed approach was perfect for my stay. The bed and bedding were delightfully comfortable with wonderful plush new carpet for my feet to sink into. The flat was conveniently situated to my needs given my journey from home via Gatwick. Brixton is a wonderfully vibrant location and the nearby market was a joy to explore, again as recommended by Phillip. When I head to London again I'll be sure to book again here as it felt like a home from home. Phillip tells me he's relatively new to hosting - from my experience he's a natural and made my much anticipated long weekend back to London even more enjoyable than I had imagined.

I could not have wished for a nicer host. Not only the accommodation was extremely comfortable, but Fillip went out of his way to make my stay an extremely pleasant one. The room is very clean and great bed. The tube is located only a few min's by walk. A round you can find plenty of nice restaurant and caffè for dinner and breakfast. You will love Brixton market. Recommend!
