I live here alone and will be sleeping on the sofa in the lounge during your stay, while you’ll be sleeping in the bedroom with king size bed.
Use of the lounge during the evenings/weekends, but on weekdays I may be working from home, so lounge and kitchen access may be limited, but I can confirm.
Flat has a private garden and communal roof terrace. Only 5 minutes walk from Herne Hill railway station (direct trains to Victoria or Blackfriars/St Pancras) or a 20 minute walk to Brixton underground station.

Brockwell Park nearby, one of London’s finest parks, as well as convenience stores, bars, cafes and restaurants 5 mins walk away in Herne Hill. Also Brixton a short walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. Otherwise buses to Clapham/Peckham and train links to central London
