We are a brilliantly positioned oasis of calm yet within easy reach of the major attractions of London: cricket fans are minutes from The Oval and the nearby stations will take you directly into the West End or the City. There are busses and rental bikes on our doorstep and London is very walkable with the right guide. Brixton is heaving with cafes, restaurants and shops, Vauxhall is home to a buzzing nightlife (XXL, RVT, The Eagle, etc) and we sit half way between the two. The south bank is arts heavy - from the National Theatre to the Royal Festival Hall, or check out the fringier theatres that have been part of the area since Shakespeare’s day. There is street art and street food aplenty of course, as well as more high-end dining. The whole of London is on the doorstep, but in our quiet corner it won’t keep you awake at night!

Smoking is allowed on the covered patio. Please no pets. Guests by agreement. Breakfast (porridge, toast) is included, if you’d like to join us for an evening meal, a small contribution to our costs would be appreciated. We don’t recommend driving to us as finding a space is not guaranteed!
Our clothing optional policy means exactly that: optional. We have no expectations or dress code. Whether you prefer a burkha or bare skin, just be comfortable.
