We are a brilliantly positioned oasis of calm yet within easy reach of the major attractions of London: cricket fans are minutes from The Oval and the nearby stations will take you directly into the West End or the City. There are busses and rental bikes on our doorstep and London is very walkable with the right guide. Brixton is heaving with cafes, restaurants and shops, Vauxhall is home to a buzzing nightlife (XXL, RVT, The Eagle, etc) and we sit half way between the two. The south bank is arts heavy - from the National Theatre to the Royal Festival Hall, or check out the fringier theatres that have been part of the area since Shakespeare’s day. There is street art and street food aplenty of course, as well as more high-end dining. The whole of London is on the doorstep, but in our quiet corner it won’t keep you awake at night!

Such a lovely spot. Easily connected by bus or tube. Quiet! And lovely hosts. Would love to come back.

The room was perfect, while the apartment is cozy and conveniently located. It’s well connected to public transport, with Oval station on the Northern Line just a short walk away.
The hosts are absolutely delightful—kind, helpful, and very friendly. Highly recommended!
