House is a 10 minute walk from Kennington and Oval stations both on the Northern line. Journey into Central London/Soho usually takes no more than 30 minutes. Vauxhall, Clapham and Brixton all cose by via public transport or bike (there's a cycle hire station a few minutes walk from the house). Burgess and Kennington Parks also walking distance and nice places to relax, especially in summer.
