* quiet hours between 11pm and 8

* bringing guests are allowed with previous notice and no long stays (*** no overnights****). £50 will be charged if it happens.
* I don’t offer laundry facility. Please do no insist. There are shops around to do it for you. I can help with the directions.

* kitchen doors closed when cooking or eating. Open the windows please.
