Small double room

The apartment is in a quiet area, while remaining really close and well connected to central London. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep. On top of that, Paddy was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Paddy is a very kind, polite and helpful guy: he replied really fast to my messages even though my booking was almost last minute, he was very flexible with my check-in/out times and helped make my stay very easy. The room is exactly as described on his page: the bed is very comfortable and the location is really quiet. The house is in a very central location, just a couple of minutes away from the Oval tube stop, from where you can easily get to any major place in London. I totally reccomend his room!

The flat was amazing and beautifully furnished in a lovely Liberty style. The kitchen and living room were spotless and filled with light from the large bow window overlooking the main road. The bedroom was spacious enough for two and faced the back of the house, in a residential area, making it wonderfully quiet and dark at night. The location was perfect: only ten minutes by bus from Victoria and within walking distance of Vauxhall's gay nightlife (the RVT, Eagle, Cock Tavern, Locker Room, Fire, and more). Oval station on the Northern line is literally three minutes away. Patrick was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I stayed for less than 24 hours, so we didn't get the chance to have a pint or chat properly. I'm almost reluctant to write such a glowing review of this little gem, as I'd quite like it to be available exclusively for me whenever I return to London!
