You sleep in my bedroom which has a king size bed and I will provide a drawer and hangers to keep your clothes tidy. We will be sharing the bathroom. I will provide fresh towels and happy for you to access my toileteries. If you book at weekend you will have the all flat for yourself! No price increase...

Nicola is an excellent and kind host, and was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. He responded quickly and with all the information requested. He is such a lovely guy and greeted us personally and showed us round the whole property, and provided all the information we needed for our stay. The property was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. I would not think twice about booking Nicola's accommodation again next time I'm down in London. Thank you Nicola!

Nicola was a great host - very friendly and hospitable. The flat is small but clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet (being on the rear of the building, away from Clapham High Street). Very handy for tube, and also local facilities.

Best location ever. In Clapham center, perfect location and good connection with underground and public transport. Nicola is a lovely guy very flexible with check in times. The location says it all. You can see the door to the building from the subway station exit. Nicola was kind enough to meet me at the bus stop, a short walk from his door, after giving me excellent directions. The space was just as described. It was only a one night stay but I would go back without hesitation
