Spacious private bedroom and private bathroom in a ground floor flat in a new apartment building. The flat is located in Clapham near bus stops that can quickly take you to Clapham North, Clapham Common, Clapham South, Brixton and Balham. A grocery store is just 2 min away, and in a few minutes you have access to local cinema, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and parks.

The room has it's own router, so Wifi signal is very strong and you will have your own workspace area with the possibility to connect your laptop to multiple screens. There's an iMac in the room that you can use too.

My partner and I work from home and most of the time we will be at the flat. If we are not, you can always message us if you need anything or have any questions. We would like to receive guests who treat the place like their own.

Fantastic Place. Its a very comfortable room with great pillows. Well located with a supermarket seconds away. There is also a great desk and screens if you need to work! Laercio and Stephen are lovely people and we had a fantastic time with them Thank you so much for making the trip so special!!!

This room is perfect. From the cleanliness of the room to the hospitality of the host. The bathroom and showers were spotless, clean and smells great. The shared kitchen is well equipped and the private balcony is very spacious. The bed was great and the workstation certainly helps. It is also located right opposite a gym and a supermarket, and walking distance to some nice cafes and restaurants. The host was very friendly, accommodating and prompt too. Helped me a lot with my requests.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Laércio's. He is incredibly kind and generous. Always smiling. The room was clean and comfortable and Laércio was always available to chat, offer helpful tips and advice. I highly recommend staying here!
