While many visitors automatically head to Soho for their first gay night out in London, The Two Brewers proves that some of the capital’s most entertaining queer evenings happen in Clapham.

The venue is particularly renowned for its drag cabaret, with live entertainment scheduled seven nights a week. Depending on the evening, the program may include established drag queens, rising performers, karaoke, quizzes, themed events, live vocalists or gloriously camp competitions. Some weeknights offer free admission before a stated time, while special shows and busy weekend sessions may require an entrance fee or advance ticket.

The Two Brewers is strictly for guests aged 18 and over, and a physical photo ID is required for entry. Images stored on a phone may not be accepted. Flip-flops and sliders are prohibited, dogs are permitted only until 10 pm, and final admission is normally one hour before closing.
