Nicely furnished room in Welwyn village - just 5 minutes on foot to the high street. Welwyn North gives fast links to London and Cambridge. Lovely garden too. So if you need to stay in the area and want lovely country pubs and walks with good links to London this could be for you. I'm very friendly and open-minded.

Michael was an amazing host. Communication was exceptional before the stay and he even cooked dinner for me which was very kind. Nothing was too much trouble. We had some great conversation and would definitely recommend Michael as a host to others.

Michael was the most amazing host. So warm and welcoming, immediately putting us at ease. It was like spending time with an old friend. We were totally spoilt during our stay with great food, great wine and fantastic company. Will definitely be back.

Michael is a great host and I would happily recommend his accommodation to anyone. It was a last minute booking, but the communication was good, overall conversation was interesting with lots to chat about and Micheal even cooked a great dinner!

Michael couldn't have been any more generous in the hospitality he provided for this last minute overnighter. Keen to understand what my schedule was, his communication was regular and so friendly and before long it was decided that he would cook Dinner. Effortless, hugely tasty, satisfying and plentiful describes what Michael conjured up. Thereafter, lots of intelligent as well as light-hearted chat and a great night's sleep in this quiet and attractive residential area. As Michael himself describes it 'this is very much a lived-in home' ( after a new bathroom, the kitchen is next to be upgraded ) and together with his 2 dogs and cat, a warmly informal welcome awaits.
