Bright, Peaceful Loft Room Minutes from Station, City Centre and Short Walk to the Beach 🏳🌈
Welcome to our calm, light-filled loft room in a friendly home just a short walk from the station and city centre - ideal for weekend breaks, Pride trips, or a relaxed base to explore Brighton.
The room sits at the top of the house, giving you a private, tucked-away feel. It features a comfortable double bed, soft natural light, a bright workspace and relaxed living area.
You’ll have your own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, plus all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
We’re happy to offer guests access to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the views of the city, while the rest of the house remains private.
Key Features:
Location - walk to the station and city centre in minutes. The beach is just a 20 minute stroll away
Peaceful space - away from the main living areas
Natural light - bright, airy feel throughout the day
Ideal for short breaks or quick getaways
🐾 We share the house with a very friendly dog and a chilled, older cat - both used to guests and happy to say hello (or keep their distance if you prefer).
Good to know:
The room has a sloped ceiling over the bed (worth noting if you’re very tall!)
We’re always happy to give local recommendations - cafés, nightlife, beaches
If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-located place with a bit of character, this is a great fit.
