Welcome to our calm, light-filled loft room in a friendly home just a short walk from the station and city centre - ideal for weekend breaks, Pride trips, or a relaxed base to explore Brighton.

The room sits at the top of the house, giving you a private, tucked-away feel. It features a comfortable double bed, soft natural light, a bright workspace and relaxed living area.

You’ll have your own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, plus all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

We’re happy to offer guests access to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the views of the city, while the rest of the house remains private.
