A cosy warm quiet room which is bright, clean and fresh. The luxury bathroom with walk in shower is located next to the room. Please feel at home and relax, you can help yourself to tea or coffee in the kitchen and use of microwave. Wi Fi is also free. There is access to the orangery and use of the lovely quaint courtyard garden. Our lovely cottage is situated in the heart of Brighton with an abundance of cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants on your doorstep and within walking distance. The beach is a 10minute walk. We look forward to hosting you and wish you a happy stay!

Our cottage is a lovely warm home just a minute's walk from Brighton station/bus station with all close amenities on your door step. beach is about a 10 minute walk with the Dome, Brighton Theatre and the Conference Centre close by. We are a few minutes away from Pure Gym. The array of pubs, Gay bars, cafe's and restaurants are all within minutes walking including the high street with numerous shops to explore and enjoy!

I had a very relaxing 3 day's stay at Eric and Royston's lovely cottage located close to the station. The room was everything I needed and there was a beautiful small courtyard garden with whitewashed walls and teeming with colourful flowers where one can sit outside.

Royston & Eric really made me feel at home and welcomed me to their beautiful home in central Brighton. They are just a couple of minutes walk from the train station so it's the perfect location in Brighton! The room itself is gorgeous, bed very comfy and the overall experience was to the highest standards. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys for making me feel so welcomed x 🌈🏖

Great hosts, lovely flat, wonderful location and an incredibly comfortable bed. Eric and Royston were very sweet and welcoming, making my highly hectic stay in Brighton feel much lighter. A highly recommendable choice if you have to go to Brighton and want a place to get a proper rest and get round the city with no difficulties.

Eric and Royston have been perfect guests, so kind, discreet and thoughtful. Their home is very well located, close to the train station, which is very convenient. The bedroom is nice and comfortable, while the bathroom is very clean and beautifully decorated. This place is highly recommended !

I had a very good stay at Eric and Royston place. The house was very nice with a lovely garden, beautiful rooms and bathroom. Eric and Royston were the perfect host and I felt very welcome. I would like to stay there next time I come to Brighton and I recommend the the place highly for others who need a place to stay in Brighton.

I absolutely loved the place !! So clean, so cozy, and most importantly very friendly and welcoming hosts !! Especially Royston was super helpful and gave me a great hospitality. Really appreciate it. Plus enjoyed the neighborhood where has many great cafes and shops which I enjoyed a lot and everything is walking distance.
