Fantastic location, place and wonderful host. Location walking distance to public transport and beach. Great to spend time and get to know Andrew too. Host knowledgeable of area, places to go and where to eat.

Andrew was a fantastic host, warm, funny, generous with his time, and accommodating. His place is in the perfect location in Hove, 1/2 a block from Church St and a block and 1/2 from the Promenade. The house is small and quaint. The bedroom is clean and comfortable, though a bit reduced in space. I definitely recommend him as a host.

Andrew is an amazing host, very friendly, he was making sure we were feeling at home, giving us suggestion about the best places where to go for fun or to have nice food. The house is very clean. Nice seaside walk to reach the Brihhton Pier in 35 mins. Linked very well with buses to the train station and also to Brighton centre. I really recommend Andrews location.

What a wonderful host! Andrew's house is absolutely lovely, great location and facilities and Andrew cannot do enough for his guests. Very welcoming, and knowledgeable on his local area - his house is very close to a number of amenities, including a wonderful pub with excellent food. I could not recommend Andrew and his house enough.

Fantastic stay, fantastic host, Andrew was fab, would recommend anyone to stay with him, very knowledgeable of area, he even reserved us a table for a gig! Cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and his home.

I've stayed in many B&B places but this was certainly one of the best. Andrew has a lovely house in a good part of Hove near the sea. House nicely furnished and immaculately clean. And a super comfortable bed. A good host who prepared a meal and made very interesting conversation. Thank you! A great stay.

I gave the location 5 stars. As I loved walking along the coast to arrive at Andrew's beautiful house. Everyone should have an Andrew in their life. He is full of positive energy, which makes you feel lighter, happier and inspired to live life to the full. Andrew makes every effort to ******** a fun, happy and comfortable stay in Brighton.
