Had a lovely time staying at Rob's. The listing is just as noted - a bright and cozy room that was the perfect home base to explore right from the city center. Rob and his partner are so kind and fun. They shared recommendations as needed and were quick to respond. They are exceptionally cool, easygoing hosts! As a top-floor city flat there are tight stairs and parking. But the amazing location and hospitality were totally worth it! Memorable and enjoyable stay

Amazing stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of kemptown. What Rob and Paul don't know about the area isn't worth knowing. Both such great guys, happy to chat or offer recommendations for places to go, or tell you the history of the area. So welcoming, both of them made my first trip to Brighton really great. Feel as though I gained 2 new friends. Thanks for everything both, hope to see you again soon!

Really good location, cannot be more center of Brighton and Middle of gay area. Paul and Rob were lovely and always made sure if I needed anything, despite only seeing them in late evenings as my weekend trip was short and busy at a conference. Thank you, see you next time !

Rob and Paul are very welcoming, pleasant and friendly hosts. The flat is ideally located right in the middle of Kemptown. I enjoyed my stay in Brighton and I will be back. The only negative thing is that I would have expected a little cup of coffee in the morning. Apart from that, everything was positive. I recommend.

Rob and Paul were amazing hosts! I could check in earlier as I arrived in Brighton before check-in time. The flat is in a perfect location, everything is just around the corner. The bed is so comfortable. As I stepped in, I felt I was at home. The guys made my stay unforgettable with lots of fun, talks, and drinks. Wish I could stay longer. I had a fantastic, unforgettable time at Rob and Paul's. Although I was in Brighton mostly for work, Rob's precise suggestions and directions helped me make the best use of the evenings. The home is cosy, made more comfortable by the hosts' kindness and warmth. It is bang on on the gay district, with most venues literally next door. Rob was kind enough to take me to a couple of them. I totally recommend him as a host.

Great location in Sunny Brighton, so close to everything! Great hosting too. I had a great weekend break there. Would be back next time.
