LOCATION The penthouse is located in trendy London Bridge, a few minute walk away from the train and tube stations, and next to some of the city's best attractions: Tower Bridge, Tower Hill, Borough Market, Bermondsey St with its boutiques and restaurants, the White Cube Gallery, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, the Tate Modern and the Shard, Europe's tallest building.

THE PENTHOUSE The apartment is a very bright and spacious 120sqm (1200sqf) duplex penthouse at the top of a modern building with private balcony and a huge 100sqm (1000sqf) terrace.

The terrace is fully furnished with 3 sofas, a dining table, a more intimate corner seating two people, a double sun bed, a large gas barbecue and a jacuzzi (only in the summer).

The kitchen/lounge, on the same floor as the terrace, consists of an open plan, fully furnished kitchen with two microwaves, an electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster/panini press and coffee machine; a spacious lounge area with a very comfortable, ample sofa, a 46" plasma TV with a 5+1 home theatre and hi-fi system; and a dining table where you can enjoy the view of the London Eye and the Big Ben while having your meals.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage room and the laundry are on the lower floor. Your bedroom, with access to a balcony, is bright and spacious, with a comfortable, wooden slat double bed, a handy desk with chairs, a bookcase and an ample wardrobe. The bedroom comes with its private, cosily decorated bathroom with an unusually large bathtub comfortable for 2 people.

The whole penthouse is provided with secure Wi-Fi and underfloor heating with thermostats in each room.

GETTING THERE London Bridge railway station is a 10min walk. London Bridge and Borough (5min walk) also have underground stations on the Jubilee and Northern lines. Several buses run day and night to Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Victoria and other destinations in Central and outer London. London City Airport (20 mins by overground train), Gatwick Airport (30 mins by direct train) and Luton Airport (50 mins by direct train) are in very easy reach from London Bridge station. Heathrow Airport is also easily accessed by tube and so is Stansted Airport by 10 min bus from Liverpool Station.
